Why we started ActiWAPI
ActiWAPI was born inside Acticate Tech Pvt Ltd after we repeatedly saw the same pattern: product teams wanted WhatsApp in their stack, but the path forward was either slow official BSP onboarding, expensive per-message bills, or fragile self-hosted session servers that broke under real traffic.
Our own client projects needed bulk outreach, inbound webhooks, number verification before campaigns, and INR billing — without rebuilding WhatsApp plumbing for every engagement. Rather than patch together one-off solutions, we built ActiWAPI as a dedicated WhatsApp messaging platform: developer-friendly APIs, a unified dashboard, and transparent plans priced for Indian businesses.
Today ActiWAPI is the product we wished existed when we started — and we continue to ship features our customers ask for because we run the same platform ourselves.
